Shipping policy

For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery.Estimated shipping and delivery time for every product is shown on the same page where product detail is available.

Maximum estimated shipping time for a product is 1 week. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.

If the product ordered by a customer is out of stock, the customer can either cancel the order or let the order remain in place so that the product can be shipped to the customer once available. If customer chooses to cancel the order company will refund the amount

Sales tax and service tax will be added to every order that is shipped.

Delivery Policy

Delivery of an order will be made with 2 to 7 working days. Delivery will be made to the address of the registered debit/ credit card holder used to place the order

If we are unable to gain access to the agreed delivery address we will return the goods to our warehouse and make contact with you to re-arrange delivery.  Unfortunately in these circumstances we may have to charge you a further delivery fee

All goods must be signed for to confirm receipt.  If you are unavailable at this time we recommend a responsible adult is available to sign on your behalf.
